This was my first visit for waxing and my experience was relaxed. It became apparent that what I had ordered was a little different to what I was anticipating but Marion, professional throughout, amended the treatment to include the additional areas. Aside from a few brief moments of discomfort (expected), the treatment was relatively pain free and our conversation was a pleasant distraction whilst the time seemed to pass quickly. Customer satisfied!

Marion is a really lovely person and I always enjoy seeing her when I come in for appointments, which makes the whole process so much better.
Also, I've had trouble with waxing in the past where my skin has reacted badly afterwards but I've never had it with Marion. She has a magic touch!
